Service Coverage

On-site service coverage and availability is dependent upon the product and warranty. Existing Warranty or Service Agreement: Most service needs are covered and are given priority scheduling. Standard parts are covered. Not all service products are available on all equipment.

*Emergency Service and Preventative Maintenance are billed per visit and may vary depending on location and repair needs.

**Items excluded: Computer hardware/operating system, Consumables not supplied by Scinomix (printhead, labels, ribbon). Label malfunctions:

  • a. Labels not purchased through Scinomix
  • b. Labels not previously approved by Scinomix
  • c. Label manufacturing defects not purchased through Scinomix or approved by Scinomix

***Important Note: PM visits are not repair or service visits. PM visits are for functional equipment. If a machine is found to be non-functional during a PM visit, additional charges may be incurred.
