Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate (temporary)
Reports to: Distribution Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Order Fulfillment Associate reports to the Distribution Manager and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal order fulfillment practices. The Order Fulfillment Associate performs administrative, order fulfillment, inventory reconciliation and customer service duties. They work with clients by answering their queries and giving account updates. Assistants also review inventory and fill customer orders. They may also aid other members of the leadership team and the executive team. Order Fulfillment Associates must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable. Base pay encompasses the following duties:
● Work closely with the Distribution Manager to assist in daily business operations
● Assist the Distribution Manager with operational issues and vendor communication
● Perform administrative duties such as receiving shipments and answering the door
● Liaise with different departments to keep records and update information
● Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
● Provide excellent, attentive customer service internally and externally
● Prepare forms and documents, update logs and order forms
● Assist with monitoring and tracking parts on order and their estimated receive dates
● Assist in fulfilling sales orders
● Assist with scheduling and coordinating shipments
● Assist in counting inventory and placing orders
● Audit internal processes as scheduled by the Document Control Team

Physical Demands & Requirements
● Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment
● Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person
● Maintain well-groomed, professional physical appearance
● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and make coordinated movements of the fingers for using a keyboard
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Combination of general office, production and machine shop environment
Skills/Qualifications
● Highschool diploma or equivalent experience
● General office equipment/computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Smartsheet, QuickBooks) and proficient web based skills
● Strong networking skills, written & oral communication skills, decisiveness, effective listener, creative and innovative, analytical thinking, organization and time management
● Self Starter with good organizational skills
● Must be able to function in a deadline driven environment. The ability to set deadlines and schedules and to complete goals on time
● Must have the ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
● High attention to detail
● Stock shelves in all departments
