Automated Tube Labeling & Handling

  • Sci-Print VX2 & VXL Tube Labelers: Fully automated tube labeling and handling with unmatched versatility, supporting a large variety of tube and vial types. These systems cater to a wide range of applications with the ability to label, sort, dispense aqueous solutions, uncap and recap, record images, and validate data with barcode scanning. 
  • Scinomix SmartScribe Tube Laser Etcher: Designed for the demands of extreme lab environments, this tube laser marking system provides precision etched, permanent sample identification. The durable markings are resistant to smudging, fading, and degradation throughout long-term storage, extreme conditions like cryogenic storage, and harsh handling processes like chemical exposure.
  • Scinomix VXi & VXQ Bulk Tube Feeders: Pair these bulk tube feeding systems with a VX2 or VXL Tube Labeler to eliminate the hand-loading of tubes into racks for additional time savings. Both systems handle a wide range of tube sizes. 
  • Scinomix RapidCap2 Capper & Decapper: This benchtop system achieves convenient, high-throughput capping and decapping of tubes. The RapidCAP2 bulk tube capping system offers a helpful color sensor and detection system that prevents the wrong cap color being capped on a tube.  
  • Sci-Print Solo Semi-Automated Tube Labeler: Designed to label tubes and vials ranging in size from 0.5 mL to 50 mL, the Sci-Print SOLO can be used stand-alone or integrated into larger automated systems such as liquid handlers.

Automated Liquid Handling

  • Scinomix AQ Aliquoting System: Our automated liquid handling system integrates seamlessly with our VXL tube labeler for end-to-end automation. This all-in-one solution is designed to aliquot reagents or samples with labeling, validation, and sample tracking. Workflows supported include sample aliquoting, sample pooling, sample dilution, and reagent dispensing.
  • Sci-Pump Peristaltic Pump: A compact peristaltic pump for continuous flow applications. It provides highly reproducible flow rates with minimum pulsation. This pump works well with larger volumes for larger vials and its tubing is disposable and best for sterility needs.

Automated Microplate Labeling

  • Sci-Print MP2+ Microplate Labeler: This machine is a fully automated microplate labeler that can apply labels to all sides of various microplates and deep well blocks. Two vertical stackers are attached for the loading and unloading of microplates.  Plates are loaded into an input stacker, processed at the printing platform, and moved to the output stacker.
  • Sci-Print MP2 Semi-Automated Microplate Labeler: Designed to print and apply labels onto a variety of microplates for sample tracking, the Sci-Print MP2 can be used standalone or integrated into a fully automated system. Its rotating, height-adjusting platform can print on all sides and two vertical levels of the plate and deep well blocks.

Homogenization Automation Solutions

  • BB Dropper: Commonly used agricultural labs for bead beating and homogenization, the BB Dropper can be used standalone or integrated into larger third-party systems. The dispensary mechanism is adjustable to accommodate various plate and block heights.
